BUTTER COOKIES

Belu's great grandmother taught her how to do these amazing cookies before she died 💝

They are cookies are mouth-watering. Super tasty and delicious

Ingredients:

Powdered sugar 100g

Margarine or butter 200g

1 egg

Flour  (0000) 300g

Vanilla or lemon essence 1 teaspoon 

Step by step

Mix the powdered sugar with the margarine in a bowl until it becomes a cream.

Add the egg and the flour and mix

Perfume with the essence 

Take the dough out of the bowl

Wrap the dough and let it rest wrapped in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Stretch the dough with a rolling pin.

Cut the dough with the help of cookie cutters 

Place them in a buttered and floured tray.

Cook them in a pre-heated oven for 8 to 10 minutes.

When they are cold, dip a piece of each one in melted chocolate topping.

Place them on a sheet of paper until they dry
